Introducing EastMid Builders: Where Well-Being Meets Construction

As Managing Director of Vedansh Ventures, I’m proud to introduce EastMid Builders—our newest initiative trading under Aligned Living Limited. This marks an important step in our mission to create systems, services, and spaces that are aligned with the full spectrum of human well-being.

As a Director and Senior Clinical Research Investigator, my work has shown me time and again that the spaces we inhabit are not neutral—they actively shape our health, our behaviour, and even our opportunities in life. In the UK especially, research has repeatedly demonstrated that poor housing conditions—damp, overcrowding, lack of ventilation, or inadequate design—are significant contributors to respiratory illness, mental health struggles, and overall health inequalities.

This is why EastMid Builders is so close to my vision for Vedansh Ventures. We have learned that a home can either be a place of healing and alignment, or a hidden cause of stress and disease. Through EastMid Builders, we are taking those lessons from evidence and bringing them into practice—designing homes and workplaces that are sustainable, psychologically aligned, and genuinely supportive of well-being. To me, this is more than construction; it is a continuation of our mission to translate science into better living.

For years, Under Vedansh, all our Unified group of companies, has delivered integrative, person-centred approaches to health and life design. But well-being doesn’t end with individual care—it continues into the spaces we inhabit. Our homes, clinics, community centres, and workplaces shape how we breathe, rest, move, and connect.

With EastMid Builders, we bring that philosophy into the construction and design world—offering high-quality, wellness-informed building services across the Midlands and beyond.
